About Shelly

In 2011, Shelly began traveling the short distance from her home in Los Angeles and started spending more of her personal time in Lake Arrowhead. Her time spent in the mountain became a nostalgic reflection of her childhood growing up in New York’s famed upstate Hudson Valley. It was both the ongoing experience and the beauty of the mountain that soon served as the catalyst to embark on representing clients in a new and alternative Real Estate market. Shelly approaches her career in Real Estate much with the ideology that time is of the absolute essence, especially in the current market environment; and that there is no second chance, so you have to get it right the first time. As a Realtor, Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and bench strength to both buying and selling properties. Shelly’s practice is built with her supporting extensive background as a producer and has given her a natural edge in creating and directing highly effective media tools and highly effective videos for her listing clients. Shelly’s continued expansion of knowledge, networking and activism is used skillfully to negotiate deals, to educate clients and to help navigate through each property transaction. Additionally, working with many notables and people of celebrity, Shelly understands the balance of privacy while at the same time getting the job done to satisfy the many objectives. Shelly's practice is built primarily around residential Real Estate sales and purchases both in the Mountain, San Fernando and Beach areas for the seasoned professional and first time homebuyers.
