Shelly was on top of every question I had and the best was she always followed through on what she said. If she wasn’t sure about something I asked she dove in and found the answer this was greatly appreciated. She was firm with the other agent when I needed her to be and was just a pleasure to have representing me. The best agent I’ve ever dealt with in any part of the country by a big margin.
