We were first time home buyers and we are so incredibly grateful that we found Shelly! She was amazing and went above and beyond to explain the complex and lengthy process of purchasing a home to us. She was always honest and patient with us throughout the entire process, plus was wonderful at communicating and keeping us in the loop, which can be hard to come by nowadays! We purchased our house in 2020 and we are still so happy in our home. We have kept in contact with Shelly and have asked her some renovation questions in case we ever wanted to resell and she was incredibly knowledgeable and offering fantastic advice. We definitely recommend her to our anyone getting started looking for houses in the Savannah area.
