Difficult Situation

Shelly met with us several times and was great on pricing the house well. It sold at the first showing to a wonderful family. However, my father (the owner of the home), died shortly after accepting the bid and the title company demanded that we probate the will even though my mother inherited everything. This led to tremendous delays which frustrated me and the buying family. Luckily, with Shelly's help, it all worked out and we could help the buyer move in and rent the place while we dealt with the will. It is not something I would have normally do but I knew Shelly was there to protect our interest. She also gave us contacts of a repairman to help cover the repairs we needed after the inspection.
