The Kanes were quick to respond to my need to sell my farm and to get top dollar. They were also quick to respond to the needs of the prospective buyers that contacted them. They thoroughly got to know my property so as to statistically advertise and show the land and house. They kept me, their client, the seller, in mind always. And always let the buyers know all of the good points regarding my property that was for sale. They worked with the buyers agent and came with me to closing to guide me through the process. Definitely would use them again.

At the beginning, she thought for sure, without a doubt, I would get full asking price for my house. Even though it needed lots of work. I would say either her marketing knowledge needs some work or don't attempt to over estimate for the seller's sake. Tell it like it is. Her communication was good. She always responded to every single question I had. Her professionalism was spot on. Sometimes it gets very frustrating,and we went through 3 contracts until it finally sold. She went above and beyond to sell our home and kept us informed of every step in the process from listing to the sale and close of our home.
