About Shelly

Shelly grew up on the east side Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated from Lawrence North High School. While in high school she started working at Indiana National bank (Currently Chase Bank) and American Silk Screen Printing. After graduation, she continued to work both jobs until deciding to work either at a place she loved (American Silk) or a job that had more security(Chase). The job with more security eventually won out. Despite not being her first choice, she grew to love the company. She became a dedicated professional with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Once she became Operation Team Lead she honed her skills and learned to be self-motivated, highly productive managing projects, a creative problem-solver who rapidly adapts to changing demands and able to work under pressure while assisting others. In 2016 she was faced with a similar decision, to work at a job that had more security or to start a new chapter in her life and become a realtor. The choice was not an easy one to make but with the support of her family and friends she decided to make a change in her life and follow her passion; utilizing the skills she learned as a banker and applying them to realty.
