We responded to a listing Shelly had in Surprise, Az. We weren't quite ready to purchase right at that moment. She was able to answer our questions about how fast homes were selling in the area and she would keep a look out for what we were looking for. She sent us updated listings and a month later we found the perfect home we were really interested in. We live out of state and she was so helpful in communicating with the listing agent and us and setting up a time we could look at it. She said she would take a video of the home and send to us but we were able to be down there to look at it in person. She was never pushy, or constantly trying to get us to do things out of our budget or realm like we had encounter with a few other realtors looking at homes. She gave us suggestions and choices when making the offer and we got it in a competitive market. We trust her and she has done so much for us even after closing.
