I think when anyone has decided to purchase or sell a home they go through a whirlwind of emotions like excitement, fear and anxiety. A close friend of mine referred me to Shelly and I'd have to say it was the best decision I've ever made. From the beginning, she came very prepared and forthcoming about putting my home on the market. I was impressed by the numbers she ran for me on my house and gave me a fair and reasonable start point on what to list it at. She was willing to help me at any time of day or night no matter how small of a question I had. Very well organized and cool under pressure. She totally smoothed over any anxieties I may have had selling my house and totally made life easy. I would definitely refer her to anyone seeking an amazing, knowledgeable, and hardworking person to help them with their home. I will most certainly be seeking her assistance in the future!
