Words alone cannot describe how wonderful Shelly is. She sold two of my properties in about 3 months and got me more than the market value. While it may have been timing, I credit much of this to Shelly's knowledge of the current market. Shelly is very flexible, yet on top of things. This could be simple things like clutter, worn out paint, or minor (overlooked) repairs, to code violations and safety concerns. When she does her walk through she is prepared to take notes, photographs, and point out things that may need to be addressed. This is followed by a detailed description of the property and how the property compares to other properties that are similar.
