The agent my wife and I were initially going to use did a poor job listening to us as customers. So, we reached out to Shelly simply for a little unbiased advice. She provided us with more information in a 30 minute phone call than the agent we were initially introduced to. Needless to say, my wife and I decided to officially sign Shelly on as our agent and she took care of the rest. I would highly recommend Shelly to any friend or family member of mine.
