Excellent Communicator - Attentive

Shelly was one of two listing agents (Victoria Tseng) who worked hard to sell our home during a very challenging market. She was an excellent communicator and recommended cosmetic refreshes that added value to the property. We definitely felt like Shelly made selling our home her top priority. She handled a lot of details that other brokers would have ignored - she shouldered a significant burden, because we were on the east coast during the marketing of our home. As is often overlooked, but of great importance, Shelly was highly effective in closing the deal through the final rounds of negotiations with flawless paperwork.
