Shelly Dawson is professional and organized, her long experience is evidenced in everything she does for a buyer, she is proactive (she ultimately found our house by driving through neighbourhood unasked by us, spotting "coming soon" sign and getting is in the door with the builder well before it was on the market) and she was incredibly patient through our 7 months' journey to find our perfect spot, starting in south Brentwood/Franklin and ending up in 12 South.
