Working with Shelly was a great first-time home buying experience for my husband and I. She was attentive to all of our needs and wants in a home for our growing family, very courteous and patient, and has great process expertise. She walked us through each step from mortgage loan application to closing while providing great advice and working on our behalf to negotiate a deal that we could manage with the seller. She was available day and night to answer questions even outside of her role (bank related if she could assist) and, she helped navigate some bumps we faced with our lender which was service above and beyond what other agents would normally provide.
