We bought a house with Shelly in 2022. At first, we thought it's very difficult to find a place in the area we like and be within our budget. Shelly is very proactive to make the thing happen by actively looking for the house that might fall within our budget and also mediating the communication with seller agent. She is also knowledgeable and resourceful for housing mortgage as well as remodel, therefore she gave us many suggestions along the way. Moreover, she is super responsive on the messages/calls and always have a quick turnaround for the question we asked about. Strongly recommend Shelly.
