Not the right realtor for us
Sadly, it wasn’t a great experience working with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty and Shelly. It was a very stressful client/ realtor relationship. I wish we never signed that contract and found someone more local with more experience. They might work great for other people, but it just wasn’t a good match for us and once you sign the contract, Shelly will make sure to point it out every time you come to her with something you are unhappy with.

Sabrina and John, I take a negative review very seriously, as it is my only one. The above claims are completely false, and I have documentation to refute any claim you are making. I am saddened by the the above review. I treat every client the way I would like to be treated. I went above and beyond to sell your home within the price range I gave you during our listing appointment. You chose the higher asking price. I communicated several times a week, and instantly sent feedback for showings through Showing Time, which I can verify. I am so very sorry that you did not see value in home staging, professional photography, broker's opens, open houses, consistent contact with area agents, (which brought the buyer), consistent communication, excellent negotiation skills and kindness. Home buying and selling is very stressful, that's why an experienced agent is so very important. Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty is an amazing brokerage with experienced, top notch agents.
