We moved from Yuma, AZ for work after leaving the military. We didn’t know anyone in Ohio, but Shelly made our transition easy. She scheduled tours, recommended local places to check out including kid friendly parks and well rated schools nearby. She has a plethora of contacts for solid contractors, general inspectors and seller agents in the area. Shelly was trustworthy, communicative and on top of the process when our title company dropped the ball on some important paperwork. Shelly was extremely informative during the whole search, appraisal and closing using our VA loan. Shelly even went over to measure the areas for new appliances that needed to be installed which just really went the extra mile in our eyes.
