I live in FL and Shelly listed my home in Green. After listing, the furnace went out, we decided the house needed stainless appliances and the basement painted. Sadly, it wasn’t a great experience working with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty and Shelly. It was a very stressful client/ realtor relationship. I wish we never signed that contract and found someone more local with more experience. They might work great for other people, but it just wasn’t a good match for us and once you sign the contract, Shelly will make sure to point it out every time you come to her with something you are unhappy with.

Shelly was determined to sell our house at the best possible price. She also was determined to find us another house based our specifications. She did and we are happy.
