She was always available to help with meeting vendors and even helped work with the HOA to assure home improvements where done right and ready for the sale. She provided helpful suggestions during negotiations so that I could make good decisions. Given that I was remote and mostly unavailable to physically assist, she used the available electronic methods to sign contracts, send/receive money, and communicate status in a timely manner. Her availability and diligence made the preparing and selling of the home possible.
