We came to Yuma area several winters in a row looking for what neighborhood we would like to live. Many open houses had Shelly Barron there running the open house so we got to know her as an ambitious and knowledgeable agent. Once we decided that we wanted to actually buy a home, she was the only person we called. She helped us through the entire process from beginning to end! She is an excellent real estate agent!!

We visited Yuma 3 winters shopping for a neighborhood and a realtor. We went to many open houses and kept seeing the same go-getter young lady named Shelly. She was very knowledgeable and friendly even though we kept saying we're not ready yet. By January 2026 we knew what we wanted. We called Shelly when we got close to town and luckily she was available to show us around. It didn't take long for us to decide on the house that we wanted, so that was easy work for Shelly. Once we told her we wanted to make an offer she was a super professional leader for us to lean on through the complex process. We did not hesitate to contact her with any question we had and she always responded in a timely fashion and with excellent answers. We've been in our house for a month now and we no longer think of Shelly as our realtor, but we think of her as our friend.

Shelly explained things was always available to answer questions and even from long distance. Randy and I went back to Idaho after she found our perfect house and we were so easily able to sale and buy through distance. We were set up with a wonderful lender, it was such an easy process.

We met her at an open house. We really liked her. We were from Indiana and she helped us learn about AZ and the area . A year later we were ready to buy and called her. She had us looking at the houses that afternoon. Ones I had picked out to look at and she was available to show us what ever we wanted to see. She helped with whatever we needed. Honestly she is still available if we need her. I can’t say enough good about her ! She just is the best she puts her heart into helping you! She wants you happy and knowledgeable? She doesn’t just sell you a house and walks away. She’s there for you throughout the whole process and after even.
