My experience started out with looking at homes. Shelly listened to what I wanted and showed me at least 10 homes on multiple occasions that were right up my alley. This got me excited! It was an anxious time in my life because my fiancé' and I were planning a wedding, selling both of our homes (we were neighbors) and buying one together all in the same month. When I decided it was time to sell my home, Shelly put it on the market the next morning. I found her sign charming because it had a photo of her on it. During the time my house was on sale she took multiple offers. The one we chose fell through and I was devastated. This is where Shelly's creativity came into play. She called everyone who had showed interest in my house and had another offer on the table within 12 hours. This allowed me to keep the financing we had secured and not lose the house we put an offer in on. From then on, everything went smoothly. I made a 60.65% profit on a home I owned for 3 short years! We bought a dream home and Shelly worked out all of my concerns as they arose with the seller in a very professional manner. The experience could not have felt better to me. I will use Shelly for any further real estate needs I have, and I would recommend her to anyone.
