Shelli is the best real estate agent I have had the privilege to work with. She makes the process of buying a home enjoyable. She helped my daughter and I last year purchase our current home and I am planning on using her again for my next purchase in the coming months. She knows the real estate market and how to navigate a potential buyer in shopping, putting in offers, working with banks and lending institutions and all other areas involved in purchasing a home. Shelli made mine and my boyfriend’s first home buying experience AMAZING!! She answered all of our crazy questions, answered our texts and calls immediately, and made sure we were happy customers. She got us in a BRAND NEW HOUSE (they weren’t even finished building it yet) at an amazing price, and there was literally no hassle at all. It was so simple, and she did all the work for us! I mean, heck, she even came by a few weeks later and brought us a house warming gift. Talk about exceeding expectations!

When we visited the properties we wanted she had additional information on each property. She calculated the distance from each property to a major highway. Because we lived in another state, we depended heavily on her for information and updates and most of the time she responded promptly.
