Then Shelli did all the work negotiating with the seller's realtor, finding out additional information I wanted, following up with various questions and contact changes that were needed in a timely manner. We are so thankful we chose Shelli Neal with Realty One in Lincoln City as our agent. We found ourselves in a very sad situation where my uncle unexpectedly passed away.
