Shelly is a trust worthy Pro, and easy to deal with. Thanks to her 20 years experience, she sold my house fast, and for 15% above asking price, while I was living in it. She went the extra mile and exceeded my expectation. I was a first time seller, and she took me from beginning to end with ease. She provided a sound advice when asked, every step of the way, including remodeling, garage sale, and everything you can think of. Above all she did not ask me to do so much remodeling, and did not ask me to move while selling the house. I have talked to many agents, before I settled on her, but I would definitely pick her, next time, to be my agent.
