I have known Shelley for a very long time and used her as our agent in 2023 and again earlier this year. We were having trouble selling our home after we moved out of state. Shelley was extremely helpful in getting our home sold. Once Shelley took over, she sold our home in 2 weeks. It had been on the market for 3 months. With that success, we decided to hire her again when we moved back to Texas and needed to find a new home. She is so knowledge about the area and all of the real estate rules.
