Shelley set the bar pretty high for us as first time home buyers! She was with us every step of the way from being flexible with scheduling the viewings, to pointing out pros and cons as we were in the homes (she has seen a lot), to answering all of our silly questions late at night as we made the big decision, to negotiating the deal, to scheduling the inspector, to referring us to great contractors for issues with the home, and helping us celebrate. She did this all with ease and grace. I could tell she truly cared!
