I had to sell at a difficult time in my life and she was incredibly supportive and eased my stress by being so reliable and proactive. Shelley is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet and I am so grateful that I found her! This is the third house I've bought and she is the third realtor I've worked with, but she is by far my favorite (and I loved the other two). Most real estate transactions have some hiccups and this one was no exception, but what should have been a bigger deal was super easy given Shelley's talent and experience. My husband and I built our Fitchburg home in 1977. We raised our family in this home and created a lifetime of wonderful memories. After 44 years we reached a time we needed to downsize to a one story home. We reached out to Shelley because of the superior job she had done helping our son and his wife settle into their new home a couple of years ago. She didn’t disappoint us. Yes, she sold our home in one day above asking price. Shelley was also our agent when we bought our new home. Once again she used her expertise and found us the perfect new home. She professionally negotiated a lower price then asking. Again she worked her magic and the deal was done in one day. Shelley’s coordination of both closings went very smoothly. We did two closing on the same day in two different parking lots. Selling one home and buying another during a pandemic could have been very hectic. However, with Shelley, on our side it was easy going. I have recommended Shelley to friends and will continue to do so.
