We were locating to northeast Florida. Shelley helped us find a second transitional home in Oakleaf. From there I dragged Shelley to a townhome in Fleming Island, A FSBO. I paid her commission to handle the details of that purchase and to list the Oakleaf Condo for sale. Fat forward to selling our house in south Florida- where she culled through the realtors there locally to find a good fit. ( house sold for $ 1.175 mill). Then the search for a replacement home in Fleming/Green Cove areas. Shelley and my wife made me look at several properties-safe to say I'm picky and a pain to deal with when it comes to my money. But, when I want something- I'll write the check. After three weeks, give or take, we found a property in Green Cove that checked all my "wife's Boxes". I don't know what the boxes were, but we had them all checked. So that comes down to six transactions in about three years. We are more than satisfied with the professionalism and drive to make our transactions very fluid. From the $ 80,000 condo purchase ,to the big sale and purchase, it was most excellent. You won't be disappointed!

I have known shelley for some time as she is member of my rotary club.
