Prior to working with Shelley, I have spent two years looking for an investment property in the east bay without any success. And just a few months after we got together, we closed the deal for a great property that truly exceeded my expectation at a reasonable price. It is in good condition, has a great layout, and sits in a pleasant neighborhood within a good school district. It really is a rare find in the current bay area housing market. The only reason I was able to get this house is thanks to Shelley's help. She really listened to my needs and preferences. At the same time, she also used her knowledge of the local communities to expand my horizon and introduce me to new perspectives. And most importantly, she is such a pleasant person to work with. The search for a house in the bay area can get very frustrating, but Shelley was always patient and cheerful. With the previous realtor, I often felt that I had very limited options and the prospect just kept getting more and more bleak. But with Shelley made me believe that the right house was just around the corner. And sure enough, it was.

Shelley was wonderful to work with. She had a keen insight into the local market and was on top of all the crews needed to prep and stage the house we were selling. The process was made much smoother and more timely than we ever imagined. It is an emotional experience to sell a recently deceased parent's home and Shelley was patient and kind as well as thoroughly professional. She kept us informed at each stage of the process and even though we lived across the country from our Mother's house and Shelley we felt connected to the sale. We are very pleased with the result. Shelley did an amazing job trying to find me my first home. As a first time homebuyer and doing it on my own, I had a million questions and Shelley either knew the answer or could go find out for me.
