As first time home buyers, Shelley was an absolute dream to work with! When the process began she sat down with us and walked us through every detail we needed to know and answered the (many) questions we had. In every interaction (in person, on the phone, over email) she was always friendly, super available, prompt, and honest. We never had any doubts that she was trying to get us the very best deal on our home. She was also an excellent and relentless negotiator! Her curation of listings for us to visit was superb - always fitting or exceeding our criteria. She is also very knowledgeable, and when we toured homes would point out areas of concern that we may have otherwise missed.
