Challenging Transaction

Shelley represented us on the sale of our home. The house was listed without a hitch, offer made and accepted. Seemed like a slam dunk. Then we learned that the buyer was having issues with sale of their home which was contingent to our transaction. Basically, the deal fell through. Shelley stayed with it. We regrouped and were able to get all issues resolved. Buyer came back, resubmitted exact same offer and the deal closed as scheduled. Shelley was professional, rational, supportive and honest throughout the entire transaction. We are very happy with the end result and would do business again with Shelley in the future.
