We live out of the area and were on vacation...
We live out of the area and were on vacation for most of the escrow period and Shelley went above and beyond meeting with contractors and the propane company to determine the cost for repairs saving us thousands of dollars through the negotiation process. Shelley was also very patient and e-mailed me regularly and showed us houses as they came on the market for the past two years. I would highly recommend Shelley.
