Shellady did an amazing job with helping my wife and I purchase our home. We had viewed a home all together and I had felt it was overpriced. She did the work in providing comps for home sold in the area in the past year. We had discussed the current market listings and came up with a price. In the meantime, the owners took the home off the market due to a bad experience with their realtor. Shellady had contacted the owners for another viewing and discussed the price of the home. They were agreeable that it was a bit overpriced. We had provided the owners with and offer and came within $5k so we accepted their counteroffer. Shellady took over all the documents and closing procedures. With all the properties that I have purchased, Shellady had made this a great experience for us and the sellers through a challenging transition.
