Shell Avery
Best Agent in Denver Area!
We first met Shell when we purchased a condo in Golden, Colorado. Since then we have used her over and over again for buying and later selling our home in Arvada, Colorado, renting out our condo in Golden, and inquiring about the real-estate market in Metro-Denver. We have referred her out to several of our friends who also had good experiences using Shell for their real-estate transactions. Highly Recommended!

Thank you so much, Steven & Laura!
It’s been such a pleasure working with you both through the years, from the purchase of your condo in Golden to the sale of your home in Arvada, and everything in between. I appreciate the trust you've placed in me for all your real estate needs, including renting out your condo and navigating the Metro-Denver market. Your referrals to friends mean the world to me, and I'm delighted to hear they also had positive experiences. Looking forward to assisting you with any future real estate endeavors!
