With rents continuing to rise and living in an apartment for so many years I decided to look into purchasing a home. After a few months of weighing the pros and cons I bought my 1st home. When picking a realtor I was fortunate to already know of one. I went with a friend, someone I trusted on multiple levels. Someone I believed would have my family's best interest in mind. I was lucky! Shelia was honest and upfront with what to expect during the process. She was always prepared and replied timely to questions. She listened and helped me work through my concerns all while staying on top of things to do. Shelia was easy to work with and accommodating to my work schedule. With my finance company I didn't like how things were going, I reached out to Shelia she recommended another she'd worked with in the past. I contacted the company they were great and worked fast, closed my loan in 10 days. I would recommend Shelia to others looking for an honest professional who always keeps a smile on her face and has a great spirit.
