Shelia is the BOMB!

My girlfriend and I bought a home with Shelia and it was an amazing experience. In our first meeting, Shelia went the extra mile by not only having printouts for us but also gave us SEVERAL documents that helped educate us on the entire home buying process. Shelia took so much extra time to make sure we felt comfortable and understood the process which is something I’ve never experienced. Shelia didn’t stop there! When we put in our contract, Shelia fought for us by pushing the seller to cover a home warranty for us along with termite treatment. This was monumental for us because after moving in we found out our oven was broken and our home warranty allowed us to get a brand new oven for $75. Without Shelia’s help we wouldn’t have found our home and wed likely be out a few thousand having to buy a new oven. I encourage anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to work with Shelia as she will get the job done!
