Here are the things that are important to me going into a buying/selling realtor relationship: communication, timeliness, attitude, and honesty. From a communication perspective, Shelia was good or great about texting, calling, and keeping us updated on situations even when the update was "still waiting" / "haven't heard anything" / "he or she is calling me back". Timeliness: I can't complain. Shelia was quick to respond, and quick to update us as soon as she had something to share. From another timeliness angle, she would also give reasonable amounts of time for response and then persistence kicks in and she starts calling and texting the other realtor or whomever the party is we needed information from. Attitude: she has a servant's heart. I've lost count how many times Shelia simply asked "how can I help?", "can I bring you lunch/dinner?", "Can I help you pack?" - I mean this is where an invisible line is crossed. In my opinion this is no longer real estate, this is being a servant leader. And Shelia did it with a smile and was so helpful in packing, purging, and praying for us. Honesty: Shelia didn't have the answer to every question. And she was honest and up front in telling us as much. Not knowing never stopped her from reaching out to colleagues and mentors for those answers, and of course, got back to us in a very timely manner. In closing: if you are looking for a Godly, honest, hard working realtor with a great attitude who's always ready to share a laugh, even if at herself, you should call Shelia. Your experience will be really, really good.
