Sheldon was very responsive from the first time we contacted him, even though we were just toying with the idea of buying and moving. He gave us the attention of serious buyers from day 1 and helped us get quick access to homes we wanted to see. We ended up buying in a new development that didn't have much info online, and Sheldon was quick to get us information and an appointment. He also had personal experience with building that gave us some good insights along the way. Sheldon was responsive and helpful during the purchase-negotiation process, which took several rounds. Our builder was great to work with, so we eventually were communicating directly with him during the build, but Sheldon was always available and willing to help if/when needed. He was thoughtful and timely with the paperwork needed, which was a great asset.

I did not plan on selling our house in Silverton, Oregon. My wife and mother-in-law were involved in an accident in Green Valley, AZ and I left the home earlier than planned for our winter vacation. I had no intention of selling but family matters and life changed my plans. I called Sheldon and told him of my situation that I cannot return to Silverton but decided to sell the house. He arranged for the home to be tidied up and to get it ready for listing. We listed it in late November and within a month we received an acceptable offer. We arrived back in Silverton in mid January to pack and get ready for moving. Sheldon made himself available for any help that we may request. Sheldon kept me informed throughout the process and made sure that documents were signed on time. Sheldon was professional and helpful. I highly recommend Sheldon for any real estate transaction. Sheldon sold our home extremely quickly. We literally moved out of state the day the house went on the market, and Sheldon took care of things we simply couldn't. He took the stress away, and made a difficult situation simple. I couldn't recommend him enough.
