We were really grateful for Shelby’s ability to sell our home. She was very helpful through the whole process and even entertained our children. When we were heading out to Nebraska in our U-Haul she made a basket of goodies for the trip. It was very thoughtful.

The most important thing for us besides the step by step guidance Shelby Welling Carr had given us from the beginning was that she was 100% flexible and accommodating to our difficult schedule. We would often only have certain days available, and we would have to drive over three hours to get to where we wanted to see houses. She was willing in all occasions to work with us, sometimes in very short notice and through the winter holidays, to get us into multiple houses at a time. She was always professional, friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt confident that she could answer our many questions. She was able to point us the right direction with local folks to work with. Our purchase was a success, and it took a lot of stress off our situation. I feel like we had a very soft landing!
