Shelby Kennedy

Shelby was referred to me over two years ago. I had moved to Texas from California and this was my first real house purchase. I needed a patient, Knowledgeable and professional agent. Shelby and her team are all of that and more. She sold me my first house in a Houston suburb in 2019. She then sold that house in a matter of days, in 2021. I had many offers, all over asking. At the same time Shelby was looking for a new home for me. With her expertise we were able to close both homes on the same day! Just amazing, that was all Shelby and her team. To add to this craziness, Shelby is currently selling my second home as well! I cannot say enough about her attention to detail and dedication to make the client happy. Shelby is an awesome communicator and multitasker! Two things I really appreciate being retired Military. While managing many other listings, managing four kids during Covid, etc.I never felt out of the loop on where we were in the process. I have recommended her to many family and friends.
