SOLD Estate Home while I was out of state! Patient Helpful Kind

I had never had to sell a home before, let alone an estate home from over 2000 miles away. Shelbie was kind and patient while we navigated the different components of selling a home. She kept me up to date on all incurred costs, helped me prioritize what needed to be paid when, and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything needed to get the property SOLD! She was understanding and reassured me when the market was going up and down like a bouncing ball. Things she helped me navigate were: selling an estate home and probate court documentation, necessary inspections/documentation, paying off reverse mortgage, transfer of title, and all of the hundreds of questions I had.
