We had tried a few people before Shelbey, and even though they were supposed to be looking out for us, Shelbey was the only one who really tried to make sure that we knew all of the processes and different issues going on with neighborhoods. She was also the only one that seemed to really care if we got a good deal and wasn't trying to just put us in a house. She ended up landing us an amazing deal on a house very shortly upon choosing her after months of frustrating attempts on housing with other real estate agents. She was very timely, available and flexible in her ability to get back to us, help us sign documents for inspections and legal documents and was always there when we wanted to look at other listings and showings. Would recommend her to anyone. If you are looking for just the right real estate agent, then Shelbey is the right person to go with.

Shelbey was amazing. I am not one to write reviews for people, I expect that people are going to do their jobs properly. Shelbey exceeded my expectations on every level. Shelbey showed my wife and I 20 houses in 3 different neighborhoods and was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. She was able to point out several potential issues with houses that we were ready to put an offer on. I could go into more detail but the best thing that I can say is that I highly recommend her to anyone that is in the market and will absolutely call her if I am ever looking to buy another house. As a first time home buyer, it goes without saying that I had no idea how or where to even begin. I can't imagine how the process could have gone any better, thanks to Shelbey. She was available for any questions that I had and her schedule was extremely flexible when I wanted to visit a potential home. If I ever decide to move, she will be the first person I call.

We purchased 2 homes for relatives with Shelbey both were not the run of the mill sales. One was a Hud home purchase and the other was a short sale.
