About Sheila

Active in the real estate business since 2003, I have extensive experience in working with sellers throughout the Triad to prepare their homes for an aggressive market, so they are leveraged to sell very quickly and for top dollar. I also enjoy working with first time homebuyers, empty nesters, move-up buyers, investors, and relocation clients. I am partial to historic properties and love the excitement of working with buyers who want to build their dream houses. Move up buyers who are also sellers can pose a challenging circumstance needing creative navigation, and I am experienced helping these clients with their options as well. Foreclosures and short sales are tedious and sometimes time consuming but can pay off in the long run if you work through the process. I also own property at Sunset Beach NC. I have strong connections and information for buyers who are looking for an investment property or 2nd home beach properties on the East Coast. Among my list of achievements are: Induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Membership in the RE/MAX Executive Club, 100% Club, and Platinum Club. I believe in giving back to my community, and I am a member of Preservation Greensboro, Children’s Miracle Network & Greensboro Builders Association. I also work with Westover and Grace Church to feed the homeless and I support the SPCA.

is amazing! As a first time home buyer I was nervous buying my first home. Sheila took all those worries away. She answered every single question thoroughly and made me feel comfortable with the extensive process. She never pressured me into a home! What I respect most about her is her honesty. She’ll tell you all that pros and cons to a property. She truly wants to make sure you have an informed decision and you’ll be happy with your choice. In this competitive market you need a shark like Sheila beside you. She will get you in to see a home immediately! She answers your messages and calls quickly and is always there to clarify. She has many years of experiences. Your interest will always be represented with Sheila by your side! She’s seriously hands down the best! I can not think of a single negative thing to say about her. She does real estate for the love of helping people find their dream home and that is hard to find!
