Great guidance and communication

Sheila and Tiffany were involved with our project from the beginning. They went through our house several months before we went on the market, giving us time for minor fixes before we brought in the heavy hitters. Their suggested trades people were all great, and as a result we were ready to go on market just a couple ofweeks after we moved out. We weren't sure about pricing but they were right. In less than 2 weeks we spent a couple of hours with them going over offers and negotiating with buyers. In the end we accepted a very nice offer. Easy to work with, they always kept us in the loop.
