Sheila not only got the job done but got it done quickly and without a lot of stress or back and forth. Not to mention getting more than asking price. She's very knowledgeable about what the real estate market will bear. Buying or selling a house can be stressful but she makes it very easy.
Sheila was wonderful! Answered all of our questions even late at night...Helped keep us calm during the process Will definitely use her in the future
Sheila helped us through every step of selling our home - from helping us decide if we could afford to sell it and purchase a larger home, right down to the last step of closing escrow. She was attentive, professional and we felt confident in all of the advice she gave us. She was very knowledgeable about the current market and what to expect, and the timeline we should follow. We would choose Sheila as our agent over and over again.
Sheila was just all around amazing, answering our questions, taking us to show us places wherever I asked. Treated us like family.
Sheila goes BEYOND what is required to help you make sure that you will receive the highest amount for your home. She represented me in my absence. She took over like it was HER house. Hired the cleaners, painted spots herself, emptied my daughter items that were left, took this pictures, wrote a beautiful description and picked up my mail and returned after to get the rest of my mail due to the delay in mail forwarding. People should use her to sell AND to buy as she has an eye for what needs to be corrected. USE SHEILA! Oh, and she was spot on when it came to what I would get for my house.
Sheila helped us sell our property while we are living outside of California. There was work that needed to be done to the property in order to close the deal and she coordinated all the efforts to get the deal closed. This would have been so much harder without her assistance.
Sheila Has been through some very rough times with us and we have always had the best outcome in every situation. She helped us by our very first house and helped us with the short sale of another. She is amazing!
Sheila has been amazing and helped my family find the perfect home in Santa Rosa, CA. She went above and beyond to help us and never pressured us! We are extremely grateful and look forward to working with her in the future.

Thanks Sheila!
Sheila was great, I gave her my criteria and she was able to match homes for me extremely well. She went above and beyond in several instances, she was definitely patient and never bulked at the several homes I request to see, and she was quick to set up viewings that worked with my husband's and my schedule. She is not pushy or looking to make a quick sale, she was able to get us answers to any inquiries we made regarding the homes we looked at and in the end we got the home of our dreams with Sheila's help at an affordable price. If you prefer a pleasant experience when purchasing your home, I recommend her highly.
Sheila has handled a number of mortgage refinancing transactions for me during the past 5 years. Sheila also helped me acquire the funding I needed for my recent home purchase in Petaluma. Not only is she a great mortgage broker but is also a creative problem solver. I encountered a number of obstacles during my recent funding process and Sheila was always quick in finding a remedy. Should I ever need to sell my home or purchase another home, I will be contacting Sheila to handle my sales and funding transactions.
Sheila did an amazing job finding the perfect first home for us; she was very patient with us throughout the whole home search as we are very difficult to please. Sheila's knowledge for real estate is incredible; she helps you get through the whole home buying process with ease.
Sheila has been awesome! She sold two very difficult short sale properties for us and made it truly hassle free. I thought it was going to be a pain selling the home as a short sale, but she handled everything perfectly!
