Having had the pleasure of working with Sheila Ivary Marsh on four residential real estate transactions, I can truly say it's like working with someone with a doctorate in the field. She really "knows her stuff." We just bought our third house with her (and sold our second) and she has performed exceptionally well for us. One of the outstanding points was her advise on timing and pricing. Then there was the design of the impactful and beautiful brochure of our house -- it was so beautiful I wanted to buy my own home again! And to focus on the new home, she knew, without a doubt, that this would be a home for us, that it would fit the bill and that it would not require construction or any major remodeling which is what we wanted. She dealt with the seller and the seller's agent in such a kind and gentle way, while protecting our interests and obtaining the deal that we needed. Very astute and very professional. I have only positive things to say about Sheila, recommend her highly, and would deal with her again if ever the situation arose.
