Nowadays it's one thing to finally find "the" home (in slim pickings) and it's a totally different, hair pulling experience getting your offer in on time... let alone accepted amongst a battling field of multiple offers! Sheila Horne Talarico's meticulous expertise, diligent efforts and industrious negotiation skills, miraculously delivered successful results, contrary to odds working against me. Throughout the process, Sheila had a vast knowledge and watchful inspectors eye, pointing out areas of concerns with each home we viewed. She was well versed and advised me appropriately when home improvements would be necessary.
