Shelia was outstanding. We used her to sell our home of 35 years and find a new home. Her advice in preparing to sell our home was very accurate and effective. We had multiple offers within 2 days of listing. She was patient and persistent in working with us to find a new home. We finally bought a home that was about to be built. This involved a lot more work with all the steps that were required. Shelia was patient and consistent in helping us through every step of the process. We had a few issues during construction as is typical and a Shelia was always engaged and helpful. Hard to imagine how anybody could have done more.
