Working with Sheila to find my fiancé and I our first home together was a little stressful. It would have been WAY more stressful if we didn’t have Sheila! We first used another realtor, Mossy Oak Properties, with little success selling our home. The realtor gave some bad advice is pricing our home and did little to market the home including refusing to hold or assist with any "open houses". We asked the agent to send us flyers so we could reproduce them, in order to hold our own open house and the agent told us she would not and further advised we could find another agent. That agent released us from our sales agreement without any issues. Judge Fite and Sheila Epperson are on their game and play to win.What more do you say about "excellent"? I would recommend Sheila to anyone trying to sell or buy a home in D/FW. She will give you good advise based on market comparisons she personally investigates for you. She will advise you what you need to do to prepare your home for showings and what to expect all through the marketing and sale process.
