My experience was stellar, I've heard many say that all mortgages come with their hinderances. I knew mine would have way more issues than normal going in. Collections child support, IRS. Full disclosure - I was working diligently to get my finances to a place where I would have a chance. I was 6 months out of prison when I met Sheila at a sushi restaurant, we chatted and I told her my goals, to have my own place, to spend quality time and just have more time with my children. Sheila cried with me as I told her what I was trying to do and why, after which she said she was a realtor and we both agreed through tears that this could be providence, well here I am now, a happy and proud Homeowner 🙏😇 my one year goal out of prison to own a home for my children fully realized, not only realized, but it is my dream home, every check mark I thought I would want is checked, even the "white picket fence". I can't even explain how much; how far above and beyond my friend Sheila has gone to help me. I was asked to do a job out of town in Tallahassee where I would have to drive 20 miles to get phone and internet service twice a day just to stay on top of things, of course, this was right in the middle of my mortgage process, Sheila and I would brainstorm in the evenings with the knowledge that I would not be able to reply to anything for hours at a time, when sbsolutely everything was happening so fast. My homie Sheila, took care of everything in my absence, many things that's not on her task list as a realtor, we literally had a battle with child support, clerk of courts, IRS, 🤣🤣🤣, literally any issue that could pop up, reared it's ugly head, but I had a warrior with me, I have no doubts in my mind that it took not just an amazing realtor, but someone that takes ownership. Sheila is my close friend now. To whom this concerns, choose Sheila and you'll have an amazing and knowledgeable realtor, but watch, you'll end up with something way more valuable, a FRIEND!
