During the time we were searching for our new home, Sheila was always available, communicating via text, emails and phone calls. She kept us abreast of new potential homes regularly, and was readily available to jump in the car and go take a look when we found some that looked to 'check all the boxes'. We were new to home buying in FL, and had only been renting since moving to the Sunshine State. Her guidance during making the first offer, negotiating through the back and forth, and then writing each offer was nothing less than professional. She was never pushy or hovering, and often brought up another viewpoint that we wouldn't have known to consider. Sheila set up the closing for us at the Title company, and also attended. She was still helpful by providing more guidance such as explaining some of the documentation, and encouraging us to be certain to file for the FL Homestead exemption in a timely fashion. I am confident that Sheila was THE right choice for us as a realtor.
Sheila helped us buy the home we just sold after 10 years. She made wonderful suggestions about how to make our home really stand out. She went through every room told us what to keep what would really make our home pop! She hired an excellent photographer who did creative shots to show off each feature. We only had one open house and had an offer )15,000 over asking price. That day. We are not ready to purchase another home right now but we will be using her when we are ready.
